The story behind the Cessens website<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cessens is a charming little French village<\/strong> that I know pretty well since this is where I grew up. This is a place that I truly enjoy for its authenticity <\/strong>and its relaxing<\/strong> yet dynamic atmosphere<\/strong>. This is a place that I believe is worth knowing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A long time ago, a country festival was organized every summer on the Sapenay<\/strong> hills, attracting both locals and tourists eager to experience French festivities and food. But after more than 20 years, the festival was cancelled and tourists stopped coming to the village, with the exception of free-flight amateurs. For the first time, I imagined how nice it would be to get Cessens a website and share it with travellers from all around the world<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I soon moved to the United States and forgot about this lovely idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many years later, I moved back to the area and began to work as a freelance translator. In need of a website to promote my business, I trained myself on WordPress and created sjscribe.com<\/a>. And I remembered: I once wanted to build a website dedicated to my home village<\/strong>. Since I now had the required skills, why not do it? I presented my ideas to the Mayor, who turned out to be quite enthusiastic. And so, the project was launched<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many people have been collaborating by sending me pictures and useful information. I am truly thankful for their involvment \u2013 Thanks to them, the website is now online!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cessens le Sapenay<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As I already mentioned, Cessens is a charming little village<\/strong> from the Savoie area, located above the Lac du Bourget<\/strong>. It is a peaceful place, inviting people to relax and enjoy the moment. But it also offers great outdoors activities<\/strong> such as paragliding<\/a>, hang gliding<\/a>, rock climbing<\/a>, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the available activites are described on the website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I invite you to check it out online and then come for a visit. I am sure you will enjoy it, whether you prefer an active vacation or a more relaxed one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
